Pacific Coast Sea Salt Caramel

We use salt harvested off of the pacific coast in this caramel sauce, and just enough to give way to saltiness, but not overpowered by it. We use organic dairy from WA state farms and as always, this sauce is made with human arms, dry-burned over a copper pot.
